Paul Allan Harrington is the owner of the Paul Allan Harrington Consulting Group; a consortium of individuals with diverse capabilities and expertise in technology, business, and special education. He is also a programmer analyst for the Tulare County Office of Education and a member of the Information Systems Department team which develops and maintains an Internet based software system for school districts in Tulare County. He is responsible for application development, performance testing, and ongoing research to continually improve software deployment and usability.

Paul is also the parent of a child who was diagnosed with autism at the age of three in 2004 and began working with the SCERTS Model in that same year. He continues to focus on meeting the needs of both Families and Professionals by providing support and encouraging a cooperative “TEAM” approach when addressing the needs of those affected by autism and related disorders.
